Mountain State Construction was founded with a simple goal: to change how customers experience the construction process. After years in the pre-engineered metal building industry, our founder saw the same frustrations repeatedly. Customers struggled with poor communication, unreliable schedules, inexperienced crews, and contractors who disappeared once the contract was signed. We knew there had to be a better way, so we built a company around the things that matter most: honesty, communication, craftsmanship, and accountability. From our very first project, our philosophy has been simple: treat every building as if it were our own. Show up when we say we will. Do the work right the first time. Stand behind every project long after the last panel is installed.

What began with smaller garages and workshops quickly grew into larger commercial and industrial projects, not because we chased bigger buildings, but because every successful project earned the trust to build the next one. Today, our crews erect everything from 1,000-square-foot workshops to 500,000-square-foot commercial and industrial facilities, including aircraft hangars, riding arenas, warehouses, municipal buildings, and manufacturing plants throughout Colorado and across the United States. Our team includes seasoned steel building professionals with up to 30 years of hands-on experience, giving us the knowledge to tackle projects of every size and complexity. Having worked with virtually every major pre-engineered metal building manufacturer, we understand the differences between building systems and know how to keep projects moving efficiently from delivery through final completion.
